In 2019 we will be returning to the Royal Welsh Showground, for our Bike Bash.

We will again have a cycling challenge to see how many times we can ride the distance of the Tour of Britain - but to make it more of a challenge this time it will be the combined totals of the mens and womens tours. (once the men's tour details have been released we can work out an exact total)

Using a one mile circuit around the flat roads of the showground. This is ideal for young and novice cyclists to gain confidence, but also interesting enough for keen cyclists to clock up a good mileage.

Freedom Leisure from Builth will bring their balance bikes for the younger kids to try.

Disability sport Powys will bring along a selection of accessible bikes for you to try.

Paul will be on hand to show you how to ride a unicycle.

Emma from Welsh Cycling will be explaining all about the British Cycling Breeze programme, which is encouraging women and girls to get out on their bikes.

Refreshments and other fun activities will be available all day.

Alongside this festival The Bulls cycling club are organising the 2nd round of the Welsh Cyclo-cross series, also on the showground.
