Provisional date for Bike Bash 2019

Saturday13th July 10AM - 5PM

The Groe.

In 2019 we will be returning to the Groe, for our Bike Bash.

We will again have a cycling challenge to see how many times we can ride the distance of the Tour of Britain. Using a one mile circuit around the Groe and Lant Field. This is ideal for young and novice cyclists to gain confidence, but also interesting enough for keen cyclists to clock up a good mileage.

Freedom Leisure from Builth will bring their Spinning Bikes and rowing machine for you to try.

We expect there will be all sorts of cycling related activities to try. Including bike skills sessions, a Watt bike, a smoothie bike and a bouncy castle.

  Last Years Bash

Builth Bike Bash is held annually, Builth Wells. Over 200 people, young and old come along and take part.

We smashed our target of the distance of the Tour de France, 2162 miles, we rode 2789 miles in less than 8 hours!

We enjoyed all day spinning classes,

Unicycle skills lessons

   Reverse steer Trike Challenge

And finally a skills course for those brave enough to have a go!
